Solution
Soo you have 2 options;
Option 1:
I7-4790 recommended price from 175$-250$
GA-H97M-D3H 70-80$
You have ram Is it single 8GB stick or 2 sticks of 4GB? (Download CPU-Z and post screenshot of SPD tab) It would be good to buy atleast to 16GB
Here's<- product page

As for GPU you can go for used 980 and basicly max out any game at 1080P and stream without an issue same as 1060 6GB (MRSP or stock/release price should be 200$ try to keep close to that price) (try to buy it in local shop) any brand will work.
As for price of the GTX 980 it should be around 250$.

And I advise for buying an new PSU like SeaSonic G series 550RM, Corsair CX500M, seasonic s2ii 520w.

Other possible option is to sell that current rig with ram and...

like $600 i know its a tight budget but i am planning on building it in december. Mainly Fortnite.

Well you can re-use your ram with 1150 socket motherboard and an i7-4790 4 cores/8 threads and an 1060 6GB which can stream and play pretty much everything at 1080P or going even an used 970/980 (leaning towards an GTX 980).

What is your current PSU (powersupply, please check it) and ram (speed and size)?

Since going for an i5-8400 is pretty much sky high away from your budget.

I think you can transfer your windows key to new machine 3 times if im right and correct.

Now the other thing, can you do benchmark of your network on SpeedTest.net and screenshot it and paste here, since that relies on your streaming capabilities.

GPUs are on the decrease and If you willing to sell things you could probably increase your budget by 100-200 dpending on how much RAM you have.

Probably but depends where he lives, which i forgot to ask.

He quoted a dollar amount so i'm guessing America. Canadians and aussies normally have the sense to say so.

heres the speed test http://www.speedtest.net/result/7306653352 i have 8gbs of ddr3 ram and 400 watt power supply

"Upload Speed for 1080p: 3.00 - 3.50 Mbps

Upload Speed for 720p: 1.80 - 2.50 Mbps

Upload Speed for 480p: 0.90 - 1.20 Mbps

Upload Speed for 360p: 0.60 - 0.80 Mbps

Upload Speed for 240p: 0.50 Mbps"

That are the "minimum" requirments for streaming games without online games.
Soo basicly if the minimum for 1080P (note these might be only for 30fps) 3Mbps then you need atleast 4Mbps for smooth online game experience.

So my upload speed is fine can you link me the products you would recommend me to get. Thanks! and i can reuse my ddr3 ram like you said?

Without any issue you can reuse your ram with any platform that uses DDR3 like 1150/1155.
I7-4th gen (i7-4790) , even Xeon processors are supported with latest bios, for 1155 i7-3770, they are pretty capable CPU's, and using an GTX 1060 or 980 you can max out games and still stream and re use ram since its DDR3.

can you link me the parts please?

Here's link for motherboards page;"here"

Second option;
Well buying everything new.

Same goes for PSU and for GPU's.

Just to add, Amd side is RX580/480/470/570,
Note; Option 1; build are mostly used parts except PSU and 1060 6GB if you are willing to buy it new, if you are willing to sell current rig then I advise you to look up to the memory compability from motherboards site "here"

Note2: i Know that I went overbudget with i5-8400 but with 8GB of ram its tight to stream, since you're gonna hit ram limit, thats just how it should look if you are going for new parts.
