Hello all my motherboard won’t turn on. It has 12v atx port. Does it need 24v?

CPU I7 8700K
MB ASUS H110I-PLUS/CSM Motherboard Mini ITX DDR4 LGA 1151 H110I-PLUS/CSM

The H110 does not support the 8th gen cpu, if you want buy the 8th gen cpu, you have to buy the 300 series MB. Also if you buy the non-Z 300 series MB, you should buy the i7 8700.
Like i7 8700 + H310, B360, H370. or i7 8700K + Z370.
