I did change it up slightly to this:

I'll use my existing case and win 10. I am pretty sure I'll go with the proc and gfx card and SSD because of supply. I looked into getting a 10 series card but most are sold out or not enough of a price drop to make it worth getting.
Don't really care which cooler, mobo, ram, PSU so if you have any better ideas, let me know.
I was thinking of adding 10 gb networking so if there's a comparable mobo with built in 10g that would be great but I think the price add is too great and I'll just get a PCI card with 10g on it for cheaper later.
