I am building a pc for my little cousin who wants to play games like fortnite and pubg ( even at low settings as long as they run fine). My budget is 400€ and i seem to have 2 choices for the main components:
a) ryzen 5 2400g-8gb of 3200 mhz ram-b450 mobo OR b) ryzen 3 1200-8gb of 2666 ram-a320 mobo and a gpu like gtx 1650.
The second is a bit more expensive but not much.which is better and do you have any other suggestions, thanks.

While the one with the R3 1200 will be faster in gaming, the upgrade options are limited since a lot of A320 motherboards will not be able to go Ryzen 3000 series. The R5 2400G can provide decent FPS on a lot of games on med/low settings, if the RAM is dual channel, and it will be faster in non-gaming tasks than the R3 1200. Overall they are a horse apiece, but I would go with the 2400 for now and save up for a GPU to add later.

I was having a play with PC Partpicker - since you said Euro I just used Germany as the go to place
By going to 2x4GB you can take off 30 euro
A 1030GT GPU will give you about 80fps in fortnite - but its quite weak
The 1050 is not as good as the 1650 but it is 30 euro cheaper
