Hi,

i am building a new PC. Primary i'll be using it mainly for home/office work, programming (thats why i think i don't need GPU?), but it should run Illustrator and Photoshop without problems too.
Location: EU

This is what i am looking for right now, what's your opinion?

Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING B760M plus WIFI D4
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4 32GB 3600MHz CL18 kit (2x16)
CPU: Intel i7 14700k
Cooler: Be Quiet! Dark Rock 4
Storage: Samsung 990 Pro 1TB NVMe
PSU: Be Quiet! Pure Power 12m 80Plus Gold
Case: Be Quiet! Pure Base 500DX

I am thinking to get DDR5 motherboard and RAM, but is it worth for me? Is there any advantages except that is future proof?

There is no such thing as "future proof" in computing.
Your build is reasonable.
DDR4 and DDR5 perform comparably.
Used to be that DDR4 ram and mobo was cheaper and a good choice.
Today, not so much difference.
Integrated graphics is good for all except fast action gaming.
You can always add a discrete graphics card later if an app such as photoshop can give you a benefit.
On the psu, I think I would go stronger 750w to permit such a future upgrade.
This seasonic focus 750w unit has a 10 year warranty:

change samsung nvme to kc3000
i also use be quiet psu 750 something its best one i ever had when i first tuned pc on i was thinking something aint right because of i couldnt hear psu at all.

if i was you i would get cpu without integrated gpu myself got 12400 and separate gpu 1060 3gb, also got 3060 but 1060 uses less electricity.

two fans inside here are temps and as you can see gpu only 8watts while internet and watching movie on 65" screen

dotn get motherboard with wifi instead get motherboard without and get cheap 5ghz router in settings convert it into ap (wifi) connection connect cat6 router to pc, much more stable and range far far better.

i do af photoshop 3ds max etc

motherboard i got asus prime b660-plus d4 its cheap and very reliable and got everything i need 3x nvme

if you want nvme for storage like i got two x kingston nv2 2tb dont buy these buy kc3000 they stay cool last longer and consume less electricity.

the KC3000 is indeed a good buy!

I would suggest an i7 13700 non k instead of the 14700k. cheaper and uses less power and runs a bit cooler. you wont loose much performance.

you would also get away with using a smaller cooler like the pure rock 2 instead of the dark rock pro 4.

the MSI MAG 750 pcie5 or corsair rme750 might be cheaper than the be quiet PSU.
