Hey I'm wondering if all these components are compatible with each other.

Mobo- AS Rock FX Socket AM3 Plus NVIDIA GeForce 7025 A V GbE Micro ATX Motherboard N68C-GS
CPU- AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus 3.0GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor

Not much. You want SATA 6Gb/s ports. Some 880G boards have them.
If you're trying to make a budget, see if the 380W Antec Earthwatts ($45) is any cheaper than the PSU you've selected; it is powerful enough for your build.
They are compatible, but I would not recommend that motherboard. It is ancient-tech (slow NB, slower ports) with a modern socket tacked onto it. If you can, look for a true 900-series chipset board. Be aware that a number of companies offer "960" motherboards that are actually older 760 boards.
