New PC builds w.the i9 and new i7s?

Have there not been any new builds as far as HEDT? Been searching and searching.. A few reviews on the processor itself. Curious w. A 1080ti, new mobo's, and ram perform in real world applications. Where are all the reviewers

How hasn't it been released ? It doesn't say "pre-order" any longer on Newegg. It allows you to purchase with .99c shipping.

That is most likely a mistake. They're not allowed to ship until the 26th.
