New PC built not showing any signal

i just finished building my new pc and when i started it up there was no signal on the monitor. i have tried to change the position of the ram and have tested the monitor with my other pc. the psu starts up and i can see the fan spinning i can see the fan spinning on the CPU fan. so i was just wondering what it could be. any suggestions are appreciated, thanks

Your Athlon CPU has no integrated graphics controller. Only A-CPUs for the FM2 sockets have integrated graphics controller. Get a dedicated graphics card an you will get a screen output.
I cam't actually get to the bios at the moment so i cant change that. as for specs:

PSU:Corsair CX430M
CPU:X4 860K
motherboard:asus a88xm-a
HDD: WD 1TB RED
RAM:Vengeance 8gb (x1)
