Question New PC but wifi adaptors not working

Recently built a new PC however my wifi connection is not working. I bought an ASUS motherboard with built in wifi but nothing is working. Does anyone know what I should do?

The motherboard is an ASUS Prime Z-690 Wifi D4 motherboard, I am completely new to building PCs so all I have done is built it and installed windows - do you mind elaborating on what you mean by install the wifi driver and how I am able to do it?
