New Pc Cant Connect To Network

Turned on new pc(windows 10) for the first time and it shows networks but when i click connect it just takes a while to load a finally just says "cant connect to network.

I reset router, restarted pc, and reconnected.

gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb ram, i5-8600k, and the motherboard is a gigabyte with integrated wifi
