New pc cant get into bios and DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS THE ENTER BUTTON

Ok so I just build my new gamming pc I turn it on all the fans come on, GPU lights up, cpu fan comes on, display shows: award macular bios v6 00pg
DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER.

BIOS won't work and I cant I stall in OS so I am really confused any advice would be much appreciated

This is my rig
Cpu- AMD -FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
MOBO- Gigabyte - GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+
RAM- G.Skill - Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600
HDD- Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM
GPU- MSI - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
PWS- EVGA - 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX
Optic drive- Asus - DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD

Actually BIOS has worked.

You don't have an operating system installed.

Did you press (and hold) the "delete" key as the system was powering on?
This should get you into BIOS.

Have you installed windows yet? DO you have windows install on cd or usb?

What do you mean by "bios won't work "? How do you try to enter it ? Pressing DEL ? Do you have the install disk in the optical drive ? The trick is to have the install disk accessed .
If not done, put the windows CD or USB drive into the machine and reboot. I think the error message just means no OS files found.
