new pc can't install windows 7

i got problem, i bought brand new pc without win7/win10 i got from friend official windows 7 disc.
when i insert disc....
Status: 0xc00000e9
Info: An unexpected I/O error has occurred"
i know its hardware problem but there is any way how to fix it ? because if i use warranty i need to wait 1 month.

It sounds like a hard drive failure. If so, you need to replace it.
Is there any operating system on the PC now? If not, can you boot to BIOS?

there is no system, but i can boot bios

Either way, the problem sounds either HDD/Optical Drive related or the DVD is corrupt.
If you don't have access to another Win7 installation disk, you can download the .ISO file and burn one here if you have a product key. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7
Of course, you'll need access to a working PC to do this.

Btw, why do you automatically suspect a hdwr. issue? Is there a problem with the computer?
