(New PC) CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT error blue screen

Can anyone please help me? I just finished building my first gaming pc and I am suddenly struggling with a BSoD error: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

The error happens about 5 or 6 mins after I boot up the system.

I already updated my BIOS to the latest version.
I tried installing my AMD Chipset driver, but no luck it crashes before I finish the download.
I tried reinstalling Windows 10 twice.

Motherboard: ASUS Prime B350-Plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming 1060 3gb
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4 2666MHz
HDD: 1TB
OS: Windows 10

CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT refers to CPU clock cycles. If you've overclocked the CPU then you should remove it and see if the issue reoccurs at stock speed. If it does, then you need to RMA the CPU. If it doesn't, then you need to revisit your overclock settings.
