I am thinking to built this pc: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZbPcjX
1) Is there any problem that i should pay attention?
2) Do I need any extra component that i am missing? (except the peripherals)
3) The case has already 3 fans. Do i need more to buy or any cpu cooler (I don't know if the cpu includes one)? If i don't will i have problem with overheat or with noise? I don't plan to overclock despite the fact that the cpu i "K" version. Also i will run the system about 10-15 hours a day and then I will shut it down.

Solution
I run the older CM 212 plus on my i5 3570k. It will fit that case you chose. I still say you are still paying too much, at the cost of GPU performance. The 750ti, with a 4690k, is not a good balance.
Your CPU comes with a stock cooler which is ok but typically any reasonable over clock on it is not recommended.
Something to think about is the cooler on your GPU dumps the heat in the case and the basic CPU cooler might struggle... depends on the room temp and the type of load the CPU will be under.
There's various software you can use to monitor temps... see how the stock cooler gest on and if the temps are uncomfortably high for you get an after market one

If you are not going to overclock, then there is no reason for a K series CPU, or an expensive Z97 board. You are just throwing money out the window, that would be better spent towards a better GPU. This is a far better system, for your money.
