New PC "CPU Fan Error"

I just built this PC and when I booted for the first time, everything seemed to be in order. All the fans were spinning and when I went to BIOS settings to check my temps, they all looked pretty normal. When I rebooted, it took about 3 minutes before I got a message saying "CPU Fan Error" and it said to go into BIOS settings and adjust the settings. I have an NZXT Kraken x62 Liquid cooler. Maybe that's what it is.. I have the NZXT internal USB hub with all the 2.0 connectors hooked up to that. Let me try that, and I'll see if it works. (I'm gonna feel so retarded if that was the problem lol)
