Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but it's a Windows Error I'm trying to understand.
Last week, I got a Cyberpower PC with a Ryzen 5800x and a GeForce 3070 (normally I would build my own but it’s impossible to get parts right now). I fired up the PC to play Warzone and it worked very well with great FPS and quality.
However, after two days of use, I got my first crash after 2 hours of playing Warzone. I restarted my PC and kept playing for another hour and everything was fine. However, each day that went by, this type of crash became more and more frequent. Now, it is usually crashing after 5-10 minutes of playing, but sometimes it lasts 30-45 minutes.
The screen goes black and eventually says something like “no display connected.” Oddly enough, I can usually still hear people in Discord and they can hear me, but I cannot do anything on my computer besides holding the power button to restart it. Sometimes, the fans in my computer start spinning wildly when I hit the black screen. After a few seconds of black screen, I almost always hear the Windows USB sound play.
This same issue happens rather quickly when playing newer games like Cold War, Apex Legends, or Insurgency Sandstorm. However, I was able to play older games like Team Fortress 2 for 2 hours with no problems and I can also run Battlefield 3 with no problems.
I haven’t really installed many 3rd party programs, besides Razer Synapse, Steam, Battlenet, and Origin.

And I noticed that after crashes, files named “crashdump_1234…” are appearing and within those files, there are files called gpu_crash_2021_06_01..”, which makes me think it’s the GPU causing the issue.
The steps I have taken so far to try and fix this:
I have checked the GPU temperatures while playing, and the temperatures seemed to be around 55-58 degrees Celsius in Team Fortress 2, 51-55 in Battlefield 3, while being 58-63 degrees Celsius in Warzone.
SFC /Scannow
Windows Memory Diagnostic
Installed new drivers (although I haven’t done a DDU uninstall/reinstall yet)
I tried starting from a clean boot, and Warzone still crashed after 10 minutes
Any idea what could be causing this? I’m worried that the graphics card or motherboard was damaged during shipping or something. I have not overclocked anything.
Thank you for any and all help!
