New PC display doesn't work

I have built a new gaming pc and display is not working. Fans are working, mouse and keyboard doesn't work. I have connected sound pins to the motherboard and they are completely silent. I am not sure if I connected pins correctly, I didn't connect LED +/- to the motherboard. PC boots with used SSD (windows 10 installed).

My PC:
Palit GTX1080Ti
I7-8700K
16 GB Ram (2x8GB)
Motherboard: Asus prime H310-plus
Psu: Corsair 650 watt

What I have tried: start PC with integrated graphics (without gpu), with one ram (8gb)

When PC is running these yellow lights are on.

Would be happy with any help!

I have swapped some pins and PC perfectly booted. I am an absolute idiot, sry guys.
