Question New pc does not connect to TV/Monitor

So specs

AMD 7 2700x cpu
Asus TUF X470-PLUS motherboard
Radeon RX 590 8gb gpu
Thermaltake 600 Watt Gold 80 plus power supply

This was built by CyberPowerPC btw not self

Everything turns on, LOOKS like it runs fine, I've tried changing the pci for the gpu but same result, not sure which is a dud

incase any of these parts matter:
Deepcool Castle 360ex liquid cpu cooler, t force delta 8gb x 2 ram
512gb adata M.2 SSD
coolmaster mastercase sl600m atx mid tower

Edit: I have tried multiple monitors and tvs all using hdmi as I do not currently have a dvi 3 cable to test and also cant find my usb to usb

Does anything light up or fans spin on gpu, case fans spin when powered on?

Are you connecting the displays to the graphic card's output and not the motherboard's output?

GPU, CPU, and case fans spin, HDMI is connected to gpu output

Finally was able to get in touch with support and tested ram/psu

I think motherboard was indeed a dud. Will hopefully be able to ship it back to them soon and get it fixed

Edit: also before I get flamed for buying prebuilt, I compared parts and it was $3-400 cheaper through the vendor than buying and putting it together myself so... wallet won
