Question new PC does not see wifi or ethernet connection

I tried MS help.......I reset the modem and router, and every PC and wifi device in the house is working just fine, but my new Asus Tuf Gaming z790 wifi board is not seeing the connection. I cannot continue with the install without an internet connection. Any thoughts?

To install Windows 11 without internet connection and using local account, in the OOBE using Shift + F10 and run the OOBEBYPASSNRO command.

get your OS installed then manually install all relevant drivers(handy on a pen drive using a donor platform/system) in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I am going to follow that article....thanks. I have been fussing with this thing for a few hours and getting myself nuts! So after I load in a limited windows 11, how do I get the rest of it up to par? Repair?
