So, I built my first PC yesterday, I have everything except for the GPU installed, and I have run into a problem.
When I turn on the computer, the DRAM LED blinks twice (first short, then long.) And then proceeds to reboot, and do the same thing over again.
I have found a solution to stop the reboot, which is unplugging the CPU power cable, leading me to believe the processor is the problem. Obviously, my first thought was that I had bent some of the pins on the processor, but after thorough investigation, that is not the case.
Below I will link a video of the problem, please help!

MOBO- Asus M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard.
