Question Crash to Desktop: Elden Ring.

So I've got a new PC and when playing Elden Ring there's a weird issue. The game was crashing to desktop randomly but after trying to fix it, it now just goes EXTREMELY slowly when I kill bosses. Even then, it doesn't always do it, it just seems to happen randomly.

Only does this with Elden Ring
Only after killing bosses
Not every time

This issue also does not slow down anything else on my computer and when opening the task manager after the issue starts occurring, it shows that it is taking up none of the graphics card's memory. But everything else using the graphics card continues working. I can even play 2 games at once and only Elden Ring will experience the issue when it does happen.

I've tried reseating the graphics card and reinstalling the drivers but it didn't work. Any ideas what I could do to fix it?

My build is Intel I7-12700k | EVGA 3080-10GB | 2x16GB DDR5/5200MHz Corsair Vengeance | Asus Prime Z690-P | 2x1TB Samsung 980 Pro NVMe | 4TB Seagate IronWolf Pro | CoolerMaster MWE Gold 850 - V2 80 Plus Gold PSU
