New pc everything turns on but no display on monitor

just built a brand new gaming pc and everything runs fine the fans, gpu, etc all turn on but doesn’t show any display on monitor at all. i’ve tired a whole different graphics card and ram. also tried only having 1 ram and tried different slots. 2 orange lights are showing up on the motherboard. any ideas what’s wrong?

motherboard- x470 f gaming
cpu- ryzen 5 3600
cpu cooler- stock
gpu- asus 1660 super tuf
ram- Crucial Ballistic 16gb ddr4 2666
power supply- evga 600w silver 80+
ssd- crucial p2 m.2 500gb
case- nzxt H510

Solution
thank you. just made another post but it’s indicating DRAM and CPU
Try reseating CPU? Check for bent pins? You might also need a BIOS update for your board to support zen 2 cpus. Your board doesn’t have bios flashback though so if you resort to trying that route you will need an older CPU to try it. For the hell of it you can try clearing cmos by removing the battery on the board
