New pc freezes before bios screen

Hello,i recently bought a new motherboard ( MSI b350 gaming plus) and a new cpu ( Ryzen 5 1600).
My problem is that my pc froze 2 times before the bios screen and i had to restart it.Everything works fine after that.
Also,everytime i get to the MSI logo screen (where it says press DEL to enter Bios) my keyboard doesn't work and numlock/capslock lights fade.
I don't have any issue at all when i get past those screens and i was wondering what the problem could be.
Psu/Ram/Hdd/Gpu were working fine at my previous pc.

Have you updated your bios? MSI Live Update 6 https://us.msi.com/page/Live-Update-6-Manual


Have you checked for AMD website for updates? https://support.amd.com/en-us/download

I updated my bios and fixed everything.
