New Pc Freezes In IDLE

Hello guy, i got big problem, I build my personal setup 2 days ago, and i got one problem that still i cant find a solution. My Pc gets freeze for no reason , mostly times in IDLE, when im playig never gets freeze, but sometimes when im waching a simple video it gets freze, I have tryed all to fix it and im close to give up.. I tryed to update every singel driver, my Temps dosent pass of 35 °C , I have reinstalled all S.O, and still nothing. I will let u know my setup down.

-RAMDR4 8GB (2x 4096MB) G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4-2133 DIMM CL15-15-15-35 Dual Kit

-HHD: 250GB Samsung 850 Evo 2.5" (6.4cm) SATA 6Gb/

-PSU: 600 Watt Sharkoon WPM600 Modular 80+ Bronze

power supply work well?
do you have an aftermarket cpu cooler???
