Question New pc freezing while playing game.

So recently I assembled a new gaming pc :

Ryzen 5 2600
Vega 56 8gb pulse
8GB ram 3000mhz
SSD 250gb samsung evo 970 plus
b450m motherboard
win 10 pro 64 bit

Nothing is overclocked besides ram ( on advertised limits ) so the thing is when I am running Dark souls 3 after a while like 5 - 10 mins the whole pc crashes and I get a weird audio sound from my screen , I have to reboot the machine to get to working again (caps lock wont turn on etc )
Things I have tried:
Temps are really well gpu at 65-67 same with cpu
Drivers are all up to date including bios chipsets etc
I run Heaven Benchmark for 30 + mins on max settings didnt have any crash or any issues at all , temps fps all seemed good.
Only thing that should be taken into consideration is that I am using HDMI on my TV screen ( I read on forums that this might be an issue cause the video card provides too much info on the cable that causes it to crash )
I am on vacation and I dont have my gaming monitor , plus I dont have the network required to test many games that have huge file sizes...
Pc is brand new like I got it 2 days ago , anyone know what gives?

What bios are you running on motherboard? Do you get any windows error reporting?

When you say your ram is overclocked, overclocked to what just 3000 MHz? What is the ram?

No errors psu is 700watt smart rgb thermaltake and ram is g skill

I don't know which bios just the latest one

When you go into bios screen it will tell you the bios number usually in the upper left corner. And what is the ram overclocked to?

Sorry those stuff were made by the technician I don't feel good messin with bios he said it was the latest version plus ram was I think 2133 but it's advertised as 3000 so he made it work at 3000

Where are you on vacation, foreign country?

In control panel under display make sure the tv is selected as monitor, and check the adapter refresh rate so it matches your tv. See if that changes anything.

No it just freezes on the last image the game was rendering with buggy sound I will test that hz thing soon and let you know

Tv has 59 refresh rate and adaptor was at 29 made them both 59 see how it goes

Have you tried a different cable? If you are getting a freezing picture, and the sound buzzes perhaps the cable isn't up to snuff. In device manager right click on the gpu and uninstall the drivers. Then reinstall the drivers using the windows driver. Then try your gams .Se if that changes anything.

I tested 2 more games and had no issues so I assume it was just that game..
