[SOLVED] New Pc from Skytech fans run lights turn on. Does not display on monitor.

I recently bought a pc from skytech and the first day everything was going well. The next day while I was using it the display turns off. I try and turn the pc off and back on after a couple minutes and the MSI screen shows and quickly goes away. After that I noticed the keyboard and mouse are not on and when I click the mouse the light flashes on the mouse.
Specs inside :
3.1GHz Quad-Core, GTX 1050 Ti 4GB, 8GB DDR4 2400, 1TB HDD, 24X DVD,

Sounds like the PSU or Motherboard to me.
