Alright, this is what has been done: All pins checked, everything is working fine. I can get the computer to boot if I use a screwdriver on the power button pins. However, when I place the actual pins I get no response when pressing the power button on the case.
-Asus ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming Motherboard
-Corsair 270r case
-Intel i7-8700k
-DDR4 2133mhz RAM
-Nvidia RTX2070
-Corsair H15i Pro Water Cooler
-EVGA 550w B PSU (used, but tested with a 750w Gold and same issue)
Everthing is brand new
Just a thought here but if the pins on the case turn out bad, does that require a new case or can they be purchased separately?
Thanks.
