hi all .... i am planning to sell my ps3 and upgrade my pc for the upcoming games as AC unity

this my first try ever so be nice please i will try to give as much details as i could :)

my budget isn't that big i think i am not sure or familiar with prices but here's what i can afford right now :

Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2P-B3 Socket 1155 Motherboard
Intel Core I5-4440 Haswell 3.1GHz 6M LGA 1150 Quad-Core
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 750 Ti Windforce 2GB GDDR5 (GV-N75TOC-2GI)
Kingston ValueRAM 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL11 1.5V
، i have the hard drive and a second ram of 2GB that makes ram 6GB totally
i will buy a newer power supply if it requires too ,

my screen res is 1680×1050 i can go for a 1024×768

so this pc able to run new games till .... ?
i am okay with low graphic i just want to play the game smoothly
i don't want to play AC unity and watch dogs then throw it away ... it will be my only gaming pc i don't know maybe for 3-4 years

is there any part can be replaced with better one in the same price or near it ?

That build won't work first of all. The H61M is used on the now discontinued i5-2XXX series. The i5-4XXX series is socket LGA 1150 which is H81/H87/B85/Z87/Z97. You also want at least 8GB of RAM, I know it's expensive but you won't get too far with 4GB these days. What is your budget?

Originally had a 4300 + mATX board in there, and those boards have just enough to run a 4300, didn't want a 6300 in it, then realized I had a few bucks leftover to add the 970 board lol completely forgot to change the CPU.

Updated to delete the HDD and case; money went to CPU and GPU.
