So I just bought my first PC which is a CyberPower Gamer Master Gaming PC (AMD Ryzen 7 5700G/1TB HDD/500GB SSD/16GB RAM/RTX 2060/Win 11) and have run into this issue.
Not sure what is going on. Me and a friend that knows more than I do about PCs tried figuring out what is wrong but still no luck solving this issue.
When I fire up dying light its right there on the main menu and appears while I am playing.
Green splotches in the dark areas and those vertical black pixel lines pretty much the rest of the time.
Also, when I try to load up Back 4 Blood I get past the main screen and it completely shuts off
without any listed reason but does not show the same color issues I am having with dying light. I have done some reading but have still no luck finding the cause of the issue.
I have seen the term artifacting a lot but dont know enough to pin it on that. Any help would be appreciated

Sorry to be the one to tell you but I would return that asap, cyber power pcs are pretty horrid. How much did you pay for that? I'm sure I could find a prebuilt that is better for cheaper
Nah idk the specs are good, I think it is just a lemon, just take it back to the store and demand either a replacement or a refund. Also run a benchmark on userbenchmark and link me the results. Then we may be able to pinpoint what exactly is wrong.

Contact the merchant and have a chat.
Do not open the machine as it may void any warranty.

your brief description of graphical issues would normally point to a malfunctioning GPU.

but given that this manufacturer uses a lot of low-budget hardware and skimps wherever possible, it could be a multitude of issues all showing together.

i agree with other members that refunding this thing and taking another route is the best option.
