This is slightly over budget but we can cut some cost if needed. Went with some RGB on the case, RAM and motherboard. The 2700x is a very strong 8 core CPU and is a great deal currently since the 3rd gen Ryzen has been released. The 3600 would be a great choice also but it’s only a 6 core. The 8 cores will allow for gaming and streaming without issue. 1660ti is a great 1080p gaming card. Solid nvme 660p from intel with a spacious TB. RAM is fast and low latency which will work great with Ryzen.
