It looks solid. Only thing Id consider is maybe jumping up to a 4870 video card. AMD is due to drop prices on the 4850s and 4870s in the near future. may be worth the wait.
 
The build looks good, but there are still a couple improvements that can be made.

The G.Skill PI Black DDR2 800 RAM recently dropped to the same price as the RAM you have listed. The PI Black RAM has tighter timings and better cooling.
