After finally getting my computer to turn on, my graphics card does not turn in. THe fan on the bottom of the gpu (GeForce NVIDIA 1060 Superclocked 3gb) , brand new, spins and then stops spinning . The computer will maintain power, ive tried different slots . Also the CPU, and MOBO is brand spanking new . The GPU does sag when i put it in, ive tried keeping it positioned but nothing seems to work. Also tried running with one stick of ram, taking out and checking cpu, ram without gpu. Everything is working besides this one piece. Help

Solution
Plug card in, hook up power, plug monitor into card. Remove all monitors from motherboard. Reset the bios. Does it work? If not, test card in a different PC.

Gigabyte z370 HD3
650 Watt Silencer
I5-8400 8th Gen
GeForce NVIDIA Superclocked 3gb
(2x8) Trident GSkillz RAM DDR4

Also yes even after plugging into GPU with DGI, HDMI the gpu is still off. However if i plug into mobo i can access bios.

Plug the monitor into the motherboard, access the BIOS, and find a setting that says 'Primary Display Adapter' or something similar, and make sure it is set to PCI-E, not something else.

In case your GPU needs PCI-E power connectors, make sure you have plugged them in properly. Make sure the card is seated well into the slot.

I’m downloading windows right now. It is seated in however when i seat it , it sags allot however i have tried seating sideways while the tower is laid down and then screwing it in . The connectors are in howevery. And even if i did the BIOS thing the graphics card is still off, it’s getting power because it turns on for a second. However an LED at the bottom of my mobo signifies that the GPU is not working properly then when it shuts off, the LED switches to BIOS not working properly

Try clearing the CMOS. If it still doesn't work, I think the card might be DOA. The fans technically don't spin a few seconds after startup because of the zero fan speed thing(fans don't turn when card isn't under load), but if the motherboard shows the GPU isn't working, then either the PCI-E slot is bad, or the card is bad. If you have another PCI-E slot, try using the card in that. Or, a different GPU in the same PCI-E slot.

The 6 Pin is plugged in. Also after installing windows the computer doesn’t show any display at all now, still have the hdmi in the MOBO. And the LED for the graphics card went away. However it still is off.

Is there a chance it's broken? The system works because you are using onboard, it's the card that seems to have issues. From what you say it sounds like it's not setup properly, but you said the card is getting power. It should be in the slot closest to the CPU (normally.) with power correctly attached. You've talked about sagging which is normal, but as long as it's in the slot fully there isn't an issue. Not to be rude, but I get the feeling you haven't done something simple correctly. Look up a video on youtube to make sure you've added the card correctly. Let us know of any issues or differences between what you've done and the video.
