New PC gta v

Hi all
I'm not clued up one bit about PCs. Just bought a Acer TC 220 for my son. Playing gta v and it's very pixelated as if it's not keeping up/ frame rate to slow. Is this pc upto the job or do I need to improve it. If so how.

The graphics card isn't good enough. GTA V is a very demanding game and if you want to play it at 1080p ultra settings you will need something like a gtx 770 or a r9 280x.

Gtx 970 for ultra settings unless you're okay with 30 fps...

I suggest you return because improving it might be complicated & expensive...

I suggest you get at least a gtx 960, your son will not be able to play the game with ultra settings however the game much better than now.
