Question New PC has power but won't output anything

Hello, I already read the other post where there were like 20+ steps of making sure everything is in the right place and stuff like cmos I already did but nothing helps, when I first got pc about two weeks ago it worked just fine, when I left it in sleep mode for night woke up the next day and tried moving mouse it wouldn't display anything, I restarted it using power button and it just became a vessel, I see the lights on the GPU and motherboard when running, fans work too but any device I connect through usb as well as monitor doesn't work. I checked all the wires, unplugged and plugged in everything I could, checked wires that go from PSU to motherboard and everywhere but everything seemed fine, I ordered new PSU because I thought that could be a problem and I will update when I will install it but I want to hear your opinion guys

step 17 how many beeps? if you need a speaker for diagnosis you can make one.

canned diagnostic speaker rant: speaker making 101
The diagnostic speaker is the motherboards main diagnostic feedback device.
the motherboard may be telling you where the problem is.
my speakers have this plug

I use lamp wire but any stranded wire will do. literally any stranded wires. strip one end like so

attach the stripped end into the speaker spring clips on the speaker.
the other end of the wire should be trimmed like so the semi strip

by doing a semi strip the wire case is now the socket.
plug one wire to the first pin, and the second onto the fourth pin.
power on the system and listen for beeps

Yeah I did everything I read in that post already, pc has speakers installed in it but I don't hear any beeps
Edit: I also unplugged GPU, all fans and everything except PSU cables but still get no output, tried CMOS too

If it's a prebuilt, contact Cyberpower directly. Fixing it is their problem, not yours.
