New PC, having issues need help

I just built a brand spanking new gaming pc, but when i turned it on, No POST, no signal from screen ive checked everything and btw there is no onboard video or VGA port on the mobo (which is odd i think), any help ill post my specs below.

Check the connections again resit the RAM / GPU /CPU check cables / Check the PSU voltages with an multi meter.

I did all that and the link, but still nothing, im curious, could the bios think i have integrated graphics even though i don't have a vga port?

Did you install the speaker ? I need to know what beeps or how many do u get in what order in way that i can help you.

Yes and no i did install a speaker but recieved no beeps from it

Don't get offended please . Are you sure you placed it in the correct way ? Did you run a test clip on the PSU and check the voltages using a multi meter ? Did you try to boot with 1 RAM stick at time ? Did you SIT the CPU correctly ? Did you check for any damaged CPU pins ? Also try to diasemble all and build the PC outside the case and try to boot it
