New pc help

ok so I bought a new pc desktop as parts and was assembled by the retailer and he sent me the desktop with win 32 bit Evaluation edition, so it asks for a key in 30 days which I cant seem to find out where to buy online.

I want to go to windows 8, but I cant get it where I live shipped via a CD as a system builder, and also dont want to download an upgrade because
1. I want the 64 bit edition,
2. I didn't activate my current windows so I dont think this will work.

I was thinking of buying online the win 7 64 bit, installing it and then upgrading to win 8.
Whats the best way to do it, and can I buy win 7 64 bit for digital download because I cant seem to be able to do it for win 8.

Easiest way is to purchase a full win8 64bit license, but i would never do that as download version, because you need to create a DVD for the installation anyway.

not a problem, tell me where?????? ive been searching the internet day and night and no such thing as a full license win8 only upgrade from win 7. Also where can i buy a win7 full license for a new pc downloadable?
