New pc Help!

I currently have a pc that has an i5 3330 and I was woundering if it would be easier to build off that or to just start a whole new system. This pc will be for lighter gaming/ editing and streaming. Anything helps, thank you.

Would parts be easy to find, ones that are aesthetically pleasing as well as good performance?

You may have trouble finding a new motherboard. RAM will be easy to find.
