I’m sorry what more information do u need? Um I have a power line Ethernet.

What PC hardware, what is it connected to, with what cables, did it ever work, does it work with a different system, etc, etc, etc.

Ok so it’s a MSU motherboard and a power line Ethernet is a Ethernet form the router to a wall outlet to a pc from a different wall outlet and the cables are all new, brand new pc

The ISP
The router
The cables
one or both powerline devices
the house wiring
the PC
the LAN adapter
the LAN driver


Do you have another system to test this with? Possibly borrow a laptop (turn the wifi OFF)?
Work from either end, and see where it fails.

Well for one, what kind of troubleshooting have you done, and what exact make/model of your Powerline. Is this a completely new setup? new PC everything? Did PC EVER worked hooked up directly to the back of your modem/router? that would eliminate one variable.
