[SOLVED] New PC help

I just built my new pc, the specs are:
I7 10th Gen
Asus rog strix 2070 super
Corsair RGB vengeance 32 GB RAM
Kraken x63
MSI z490 a pro motherboard
Rm650x gold power supply
Western digital m.2 500gb

Everything was initially working fine, I was installing the drivers from msi's website . I was half way thr when I began installing Intel rapid storage technology or something like that. It has me restart my PC which I did but now nothing will show up on display nor will my keyboard and mouse connect which I can tell from the absence of light. I was wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows how to resolve it. Thanks.

reset the BIOS by jumper

remove HDD and SSD

try a minimum setup:
one RAM, CPU with cooler, motherboard, monitor connected to motherboard, keyboard
