[SOLVED] NEW PC i5 11400f big difference between temps at idle/gaming

Hey all
So I bought new pc:

1 SilentiumPC Mistral 140 2
2 Patriot Viper Steel 16GB [2x8GB 3600MHz DDR4 CL17 DIMM]
3 XFX Radeon RX 6600 XT SPEEDSTER SWFT210 8GB
4 Silentum PC Ventum vt2 1
5 Intel Core i5-11400F
6 SilentiumPC Vero L3 Bronze 700W
7 MSI B560M-A PRO
8 SilentiumPC Fera 5 Dual Fan
9 Kioxia Exceria M.2 Pci-e NVMe 500GB

3 fans are at the front + 1 at the back. Temp is between 39-52C, changes every second once is 39C once is 45C once is 52C and so on. 500 fan rpm. They built my pc at store. I had i5 4440 before and haven't had that big differences + CPU wasn't that hot. So I'm asking you it should be like that or not? When I changed FAN curve and at idle it does work @1300-1500rpm temps lowered adn are betweeen 30-42C. But still its kinda weird for me.
 
Solution
Modern processors are very quick to shift from a low multiplier to something higher.
There is always something going on to cause this behavior.
That is normal.
I keep task manager open on a side monitor and I can see the speed change very quickly.

Your cpu cooler is only modestly good but it should suffice.
To do a bit of testing, run hwmonitor.
It will tell you such things as the current, minimum, and max temperatures, multipliers, fan speeds and so on.
As a simple stress test, run the CPU-Z stress test.
Monitor the max temperature.
What you are looking for is one or more cores at 100c.
That is about the throttle point.
If things get too hot, you might want a better air cooler.
