new pc issue

I've just bought and built a new pc and when I boot it runs for about 5 seconds and trips. It will reboot after another 5 seconds and do the same thing. I've tried different ram slots and checked all the wiring just wanted thoughts on what it could be.

Maybe insufficient power supply causes the problem.try using another PSU.
and if you can, write your system specs(parts list),please.

You can reset BIOS setting physically, by removing the battery for about one minute.

For accessing bios you should press the "DEL" or "F2" button frequently after pressing the power button.
