new pc issues installing/booting windows 7

ok so i just built a system 16 GB ram Gskill Ares 2X8GB
MSI A68HM Gernade motherboard
AMD A10-7870k 3.9 Ghz cpu
Western digital 1 TB harddrive
600w cougar power supply


issue is when i put the windows install disk in it starts reads then kicks a hardware error says it could be cd drive or hard drive

so i pulled the hard drive put it in another tower everything reads fine installs the first part so i pull it again and take it back to the new build

and it gets to windows starting the dots move and like 3 seconds later it reboots i can run windows startup repair but i cant seem to boot
the system why is this? could something be wrong on the board or possibly a bad cord somewhere? any help would be appreciated

also i can get into bios and all that all hardware is reading fine
