[SOLVED] New pc issues

I just built a new gaming pc, and I have a few issues.
Firstly, my ethernet connection is weaker on my new pc than on my old laptop (Download speeds: 300kb/s on new pc as opposed to 5mb/s on laptop). Ihave tried resetting my pc, disconnecting and reconnecting the ethernet cable, but nothing seems to be working.
Secondly, after updating my GIGABYTE b450 aorus m motherboard BIOS to the latest version, my 120gb ssd completely disappeared from the BIOS, but my Windows 10 Pro 64bit still recognizes it. I'm not sure whether I should open the case, disconnect and reconnect the ssd to the motherboard, or just leave it as it is because it seems to be working correctly on Windows....
Best regards,

Hello,

Firstly would you like to take a look at your task manager if any other process is eating up your bandwidth or not? if so then wait for that particular process to be completed. If that's not the problem try to get a better ethernet cable. Or see if your speed is capped or not.

Can you try switching the SATA cable of your SSD? if that doesn't solve you problem then try to downgrade your bios.
