Question New PC Issues

So i built a brand new pc, and at first glance everything is fine, but after about ten minutes or so it decides to restart. Ive replaced every single part of this pc to include case and cpu cooler, does anyone have any ideas?

I am using that too and have been suffering issues related to frequent BSOD's and crashing on a new built. Try the new Memtest86 v8.3 by Passmark and see if it freezes for you?
