I have no clue what's causing the problem, I'm not very knowledgeable in this field. Basically, when I open Destiny 2 and No Man's Sky (these are the only games I've tested this on as of now), everything is fine. However, if I load into a world, or in D2's case inspect a piece of gear, my screen freezes and audio loops. I can't open task manager and Alt+F4 won't do anything.

This type of crash also happened after opening Google immediately after my PC booted up.

My specs are as follows:
-GeForce RTX 2080 8GB
-Intel i7 9700KF
-16GB DDR4-3200 RAM
-500GB SSD (about 400 of it being used, but this issue has been persistent since 200 gigs were being used)
-Windows 10

Windows Memory Diagnostic showed nothing, updating GPU drivers, and verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam has also done nothing. I don't know of any other troubleshooting processes to go through.
