Question New PC, Kernel security failure on install media

Hey, just built a new PC for Christmas. As it stands the PC has had it's fair share of issues starting up. The old hard drive(s) for it have windows 7 on them, if I boot to those I can't do anything because the driver's aren't compatible with my new processor.

So I burned windows 10 install media to a USB off Microsoft's website. However, when I boot to it I just get a BSOD Kernel_Security_Check_Failure. Then it loop restarts.

How do I fix this?

Specs:
Strix B450-F Gaming MOBO
Ryzen 2700X CPU with Wraith cooler
Fatboy RX590 GPU

Try making another ISO on another USB and see if you get same errors.

What are rest of specs of PC?
What ram have you got? including codes would help - is it on motherboard memory list?
