New Pc Lagging

So I just switched from an amd 8320 to a I5 3.0 turbo boost 3.5 and I had a Nivida G60 and now I have a Rx 480? I upgraded in eveey way so why cant I play players unknown battleground without lag?

It's the I5 7400 and and amd radeon 460. The temps are around 50c for the gpu and 40c for the cpu. Windows 10 64bit with 8gbs of ram.

I just got the computer today? I tried 1920/480 and bumped to down below 1600/900 and its still lagging.

They are alot lower when idle around the 30c mark. Thr gpu I have is a amd 560. Msi us saying in a 400 series. Im reinstalling drivers now after a clean wipe too see if they were conflicting?

Ok so I reinstalled my drivers and removed some performance amd shit that comes with it and all the log went away. Amd relive or something I'm assuming was messing with my game settings.
