My new PC has a long "last BIOS time" of 31.8 seconds. I disable everything in "startup" (task manager) and there is no difference. It boots quickly but the last BIOS time seems high.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X
ASUS X670E-E ROG Strix Gaming WiFi
G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB DDR5-6000
Samsung 990 PRO 2TB
Asus TUF Geforce RTX 4090

Solution
bios time is the amount of time it takes BIOS to hand control to windows,
it has been known to be wrong before. If you boot fast, just ignore it.

You can speed it up by:
updating chipset drivers
Turning on Fast boot in the bios (if it exists)
Updating BIOS may help.

Everything is up to date and fast boot is on. Thanks.
