new pc - low performance (fps)

i recenly bought this pc:
►Case: DEEPCOOL KENDOMEN RD
►GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 192b.
►CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 1700 4GHz.
►Rami: HYPERX 8 GB DDR4 3000mhZ.
►HDD: WD BLUE 1TB SATA-III.
►SSD: WD GREEN 240GB SATA-III
►Motherboard: MSI B350 PC MATE.
►Power suppply: NJOY STORM 550W
I have with livestream on from 50 to 100 fps, thats so low... without livestream i dont have more than 200, that's really low.. other guys have 150+ while livestreaming... I downloaded latest drivers and nothing... i make setting on nvidia control panel and geforce experience for performance... nothing 🙁

Not sure on the specific issue, I notice you only have 8gb of ram which may be hurting a bit. Also, are they overclocking?

Other thing to mention, I've never heard of the njoy brand in regards to PC power supplies before, so I would definitely recommend replacing that with a better unit by EVGA, Corsair, seasonic, etc ASAP.
