New PC making (Bzzzz) noises whlie in Overwatch/CS Go menu after that follows a restart

So here is my build:
Motherboard - ASRock H110M-HDV ;
CPU - i3 6100 ;
PSU - nJoy Agon 600, 600W Real Power, PFC Passiv, 80 Plus ;
GPU - Gigabyte RX 480 G1 Gaming 4GB ;
Yesterday i built my new PC with these components and installed the Windows 10 OS and the necessary drivers for the system to run.After i installed Overwatch and tried to run it.At first everything was fine.Then tried to start a game and the Bzzz noise came in and the system just restarted. Then i started Overwatch again and went to the menu .. again this noise but this time i immedietely closed the game and the PC didn't restart.So whenever i let the Bzzz sound proceed for like 3 seconds the PC restarts..Then i tried CS GO and League of Legends.. same thing .

I've never heard of that power supply and google's reviews aren't promising (2 stars) and the Rx480 is about 170w by itself.
